Is Rock the Ranch pet friendly?

We absolutely love our four-legged friends just as much as you do, but for the safety and enjoyment of all festival-goers, we have implemented a “no dog policy” for this event. We kindly ask that you leave your pets at home for the festival. 

Can I bring a chair or tent?

Feel free to bring your chairs and blanket but in consideration for all attendees, no large umbrellas or tents are allowed. We will have a large tent for a shaded area.

Can I bring a cooler?

No coolers allowed! We will have plenty of food and drinks for purchase inside the festival. All of our proceeds are donated to charity, and every drink you buy helps! Water will be provided.

Do I need cash? Do you take credit/debit cards?

We accept cash and credit/debit cards. We do not accept checks.

Do kids need a ticket?

Rock the Ranch is a family friendly festival! We hope you will bring the whole family. Kids 12 years old and younger are FREE!! Students with a valid ID can get a discount ticket at the gate.

How can I volunteer?

We kindly ask for a minimum of 2 hours of your time in exchange for FREE admission. Check out the Volunteer tab to learn more about this opportunity

Will there be gluten-friendly food and drinks?

Yes! We will have hard cider, wine, and gluten-free food options.

Where is parking located?

We have plenty of parking on-site with signs and volunteers to direct you. If handicap accommodations are needed, please send us an email at: info@rocktheranchmusicfest.com.

Do I need a wristband?

Yes, wristbands will be issued at the admissions gate and are required to be worn throughout the festival. To purchase alcohol, an additional wristband will be issued for $1 with a valid ID.
